The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your practice. If learning breathwork is your goal, we'll discuss your goals and practice several techniques together to find your unique "breathwork formula." Each session will build on the one before it to create a dynamic knowledge base.
If yoga asana is more your speed, we'll focus on alignment and form, with a special emphasis on proper technique. Both offerings are designed to help you reconnect and rejuvenate your body, while reducing stress and finding that internal focus.
